"Hey there, I’m Frankie Israel Gomez, a culinary enthusiast whose flavorful journey began in the vibrant streets of Chicago before settling in the sunny landscapes of Orlando, Florida. From flipping burgers to orchestrating culinary masterpieces, I've worn various hats – starting as a cook and climbing the ladder to become a seasoned general manager.

My education in culinary arts from Mid Florida Tech provided me with the essential foundations. But my hunger for knowledge didn't stop there. I'm constantly immersed in the world of cookbooks and articles penned by renowned chefs, always eager to absorb the latest trends and techniques in the culinary realm.

Cooking runs in my veins, thanks to the influences of my father’s skills and my mother’s delicious creations. However, it was my wife who opened my eyes to a myriad of cuisines I hadn't explored before, igniting a fire in me to learn and create.

My journey started humbly at Whataburger, and it was there that I began to ascend the culinary ladder. With every step, I soaked up the wisdom of the kitchen. From Emeril's Tchoup Chop to Two Chefs Seafood Oyster Bar, and later, Disney's Animal Kingdom signature restaurant, Tiffins, I dived into diverse cuisines, learning the secrets of African, Asian, Latin, and Indian flavors.

Now, as an Executive Sous Chef At A Steakhouse, I continue to craft culinary experiences that transcend borders and traditions.

My aim is simple: I want to connect cultures, flavors, and the art of food. I share not just the tricks of the trade, but the heart and soul of the culinary world. The amalgamation of my love for art, music, and animation infuses a unique touch into every dish I create.
